If you elect to secure our representation you will sign a retainer agreement employing us to represent you in your issue.
Many legal issues require representation over a time period. You will be asked to deposit an
amount (retainer) that hourly fees are charged against. The
retainer amount will vary depending on the complexity /length of each case. Unused funds will be refunded.
Our representation of you will be prompt and aggressive. We will present all options for your situation. Your goals will be
our primary concern.
We will communicate with you on a regular basis. We will keep you
informed of all issues as they evolve in your case. Communication is
important in every case and we pride ourselves in our prompt response to your concerns.
As
our situation or case goes forward we will continue to advise you of
